Subscription/payment guide

Introduction

Once you have completed your BIMSearch Premium trial, you will need to subscribe in order to keep using BIMSearch. To do this, complete the following steps:

Choose your plan

Head to our pricing page, review the subscription plans and select which one is most relevant for you.

Contact us via the pricing page

Click one of the “get started!” or “talk to us” buttons and fill in the form, selecting “payment/subscription” as the subject.

Contact us in-app

You can also contact us directly from the app by clicking on the question mark in the top right corner, or use the “contact support” button in the bottom right. These will lead you to a contact form. Make sure that it is clear in your message that you are interested in subscribing. 

We will reply

Shortly after getting in touch, you will receive an email from one of our team with a request for the relevant user information (how many users, their email addresses, your company name and number etc) and with the terms and conditions of payment. We will of course be available to have a meeting and discuss the different plans and payment options, should you wish. 

(This is a good time to remind you that BIMSearch is run by a small company, when you contact us an actual person replies — normally me, Ilana!)

Sign the quotation

When you have chosen your subscription plan we will send you a quotation for you to sign and email back to us.

Pay and start!

Once you agree to the terms and conditions and provide the relevant information, you will receive an invoice from our finance department.

 

Complete the bank transfer and you will be all set to continue to enjoy BIMSearch!

 

Billing is yearly, so while you will always be able to get in touch whenever you want, we will get in touch when it is time to renew.
